After traveling across several cities and football grounds throughout Cameroon, one clear observation emerges: football, the leading sport in Cameroon, is not valued as it should be. It remains significantly underdeveloped when compared to European football, despite the country’s rich football heritage.
Yet, Cameroon is home to numerous young and talented players, driven by a single dream: to be given an opportunity—no matter how small—to showcase their abilities and reach their full potential.
It is in response to this reality that Relève Football Academy was established. Our training center is committed to providing high-level, structured, and professional football education to young players in the following age categories:
•U13 (Under 13)
•U15 (Under 15)
•U17 (Under 17)
Through a comprehensive program focused on discipline, performance, character development, and technical excellence, Relève Football Academy aims to promote and elevate Cameroonian football, while contributing to the broader development of football across Africa.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Releve Football Academy is a structured football development project designed to identify, train, and develop young football talents in Cameroon through a professional and sustainable training model.
The project focuses on the early detection of talent and the long-term development of players by providing:
•Regular technical and tactical training sessions
•Qualified coaching and performance monitoring
•Physical preparation adapted to each age category
•Education in discipline, leadership, and teamwork
The academy targets young players in the following age groups:
•Under 13 (U13)
•Under 15 (U15)
•Under 17 (U17)
Relève Football Academy operates as a player development platform, preparing young athletes for:
•Professional football academies
•National and international competitions
•Educational and sports career pathways
Beyond athletic performance, the project promotes social inclusion, youth empowerment, and positive values, using football as a tool for personal development and community impact.
THE ORIGIN OF RELEVE FOOTBALL ACADEMY
Releve Football Academy was born out of the founder’s deep passion for football. A former amateur football player in his youth, the founder envisioned a training center dedicated to nurturing young talents and transmitting strong sporting values.
Through this academy, the mission is to ignite and sustain the passion for football among children, while providing them with a safe, structured, and professional environment. The training approach combines a fun and engaging atmosphere with high-quality technical and educational supervision.
Relève Football Academy is committed to offering young players the tools, discipline, and guidance necessary to access both national and international football opportunities, while fostering personal growth, teamwork, and respect.

•Support the annual progression of at least five academy players into professional clubs, elite academies, or advanced football development programs

The academy relies on a qualified administrative and technical staff and structured training programs focused on discipline, consistency, and technical and tactical development.
