Sports Component:
- Weekly technical, physical, and tactical training sessions.
- Participation in local and national competitions.
- Individual performance monitoring.
Educational Component:
- Awareness-raising on hygiene, nutrition, and behavior.

- Personal development workshops (leadership, emotional management).
